Not So….”Silent Sunday”

Thought I would share our “special” family day…which was yesterday.  Know this about me and my family…we always have fun…no matter what happens!  (this post was published on my personal blog today)                      “The Disciple” Bible study will continue tomorrow!!!!!!

Okay…I thought I hit the “publish post” button…but apparently not….so you are getting it a day late. I think it is still worth posting!!!! No matter how your day went yesterday or today…no matter which way your arrows were pointing….It is still the day “that the Lord has made”…”rejoice and be glad in it”!

Original Post For Yesterday:

Chaos: Confused, unorganized state; confused mass or mixture……..

What a day! We’re in Branson for some relaxation and fun with family. Part of my family was “awakened” (literally) to the fact that their reservation ran out TODAY and not TOMORROW…..thus creating a mad dash (20 minutes to be exact) to pack all of their stuff in the van. Ed’s (my hubby) mother has been transported by ambulance to the hospital with pneumonia, so he is waiting in the emergency room with her. I am in Branson, with my family who were evicted suddenly from their home away from home. I will choose the words “confused mass or mixture” and “unorganized state” from above. Have you ever tried to throw a weeks worth of “stuff” (including food) for a family of 6-8 into suitcases and boxes…in 20 minutes? What a Day for “G” and “S” and the kids! On the BRIGHT side! There is room in ‘our inn’, plus extra towels and space to organize the “stuff”. We have plenty of food. It’s nice and warm. There is a big screen t.v…..need I go on? Oh, and my hubby made it to the hospital safe. His mother seems to be getting medical help and has a caring physician…..need I go on? So, you see..

This Is ‘STILL’ “The Day That The Lord Has Made”!!!!!!   “We Will Rejoice And Be Glad In It”!!!!!!! Psalm 118: 24
