“Open thou mine eyes,
that I may behold
wondrous things out of thy law.”
Psalms 119:18
The Hebrew word for “Open” is “Galah”. It means to unveil or bare oneself. One thing I have continued to ask God for the last few years is to show me those treasures, those “wondrous things” in His Word that I have not seen before. Give me extraordinary sight to see beyond the mere words and into the heart of “The Author” who so lovingly penned “Your Breath” onto paper. Today, meditate on what you may behold out of God’s “law” which is The Word. I pray that each of us will see something we have never seen before. AMEN!
